When you’ve gotten one thing that you must mail instantly, whether or not it’s a get-well card for a buddy or an important business letter, there’s one annoyance you don’t have time for: a wasted journey to the post office and you must know the schedule for post office hours saturday.

The U.S. Postal Service maintains a fairly predictable schedule all year long, but it’s closed on a number of holidays. But since the put up office does not necessarily comply with the identical holiday system as banks, faculties and even states, attempting to recollect if it is open or not could be a confusing proposition.

For instance, when July 5 (the day after Independence Day) falls on a Monday, the submit office is closed. But if July 5 is in the midst of the week, it’s open. Read the rest of this entry »
